Not even the reg fee. If developed, then maybe something, but the bare domain is worth nothing at all.

It looks this domain is just registered today, Yes it may have some value but first it'll need to develop then resell it later, but keep in mind it will require to find a buyer from US or someone with a US registered account (because I had this issue ones with .us domain) if you want to transfer it to someone else.
