Hi everyone. Clickbank seems to be having a problem crediting my sales. In my transaction area, I see sales that have been made, yet its not being credited into my "daily snapshot" Area. Also the last pay period, sales seemed to stop for no apparent reason (after having multiple sales almost daily) yet it displayed my finished week commissions higher than what it says in my daily snapshot for last weeks pay period. There seems to be some sort of glitch going on with my account. I'm not sure all my sales are being recorded. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

My account is doing the same exact thing. The daily snapshot part doesn't really matter to me (as long as the sales are crediting in the transaction section) in the long run, but i do like seeing it relatively to other days.
I've seen so many clickbank threads popping up about bad analytics, sales randomly dropping (people seeing no sales a day after 200+ hops with the same traffic that usually would convert at 30:1) etc. I hope everything settles down soon.

I cant even get in to my account. And support wont help. They keep saying that they see my account is active over and over and never address that I can not even log in or reset my password.

Yeap, I believe there's a problem.
Yesterday after the 29th July day ended, I checked my transaction details. I saw a new sale at 30th July, around 00:16 (or 12:16am). But it wasn't shown on the daily snapshot.
Few hours later when I got home, I checked again, the bloody sale disappeared.
Yes, DISAPPEARED.
And now guess what? No sale at all today. WTF? I usually average $400 per day, today not even a sale.
Dafug.

I took a screenshot of my sales just incase theres a problem. I'm not sure what the problem is, but with all the time I have worked with CB I've never really had any issues with them, so I'm sure this will get worked out as well.

Okay, just refreshed the pages and all my accounts' transaction are back to normal. Sales are back (thankfully).

Something is really wrong with CB.
Maybe it's just us affiliates that are affected.
Any CB Vendors able to share what they are experiencing now? Are you all affected the same as us?

Yeh clickbank is having major problems right now that they are prob profiting from big time lolz.

At least check the thread date, it's from 2013. Plus, Contact Clickbank support for such an issue.
