Ok so...

If I spin an article good enough to get 1000 copies over 70% unique, could I just output these 1000 copies from TBS and paste each individually to a blog with links inside? Or would Google sense similar content and devalue?

you mean 1 copy spun into 1000 copies, and posted on 1 blog? that would be terrible

This depends.

Are you speaking of one blog, or many blogs?
But to put it bluntly...it's not very effective in the long haul. Google and visitors will pick this up.
Only my opinion of course.

But if the articles are all unique then what is the reason why it would get picked up?

or you could use a spinner that makes the text invisible to computers :) basically when the user reads it it's the exact same thing... but computers see it differently spin your article the normal way and after you spin it my way. i guarantee 100% copyscape approval for example these are the first 2 paragraphs of an article from ezine

The problem is not with Google - the problem is with the blog owners (wordpress, tumblr, livejournal... whoever)
They are all woried about being devalued by Panda and now check for...

shit content
copied content
single post profiles
too many outbounds
too many INBOUNDS (i.e being immediately hammered by second tier links that risk also getting Penguin on their ass)

So it's the places you put these posts that will hurt you most. They are worried about Panda with your crappy content then Penguin when you add tiered links to your crappy content
The crap ones (PR1 or below) will likely let you get away with it.
The good ones....PR2 or higher, they are doing well often precisely BECASUE they get rid of spam, ban accounts and delete shitty content and look out for being overytly used as 1st tier sites that are then hammered with cruddy second tier links.

If your content get's through that - then Google will decide how much of it it might want to index.

Since April 2011 and Panda - Your first battle is with the host sites - not with Google.

appreciation for Scritty ... the guy knows his shit, he knows other peoples shit, he knows shit he's not supposed to know... he reveals awesome insights (or at least stuff that i overlook) with each post he makes

Scritty based on that then, we would be better to go for more Tier 1 links with unique spun content, and post less tier 2 links.

The content I use is +70%(ish) over 1000 articles so it is pretty good, and all human written (Human original, human sentence variations and also human synonyms).

So in reality if a site accepts my post I would be confident of it staying there? I should just not blast it too much?

You better spread those spun articles into different blogs each with its own unique post title.

If it sticks and is indexed you can power it up.
What I wouldn't do though is spam it to hard too quickly.

A good tier one should also provide "click through" and be indexable in its own right. Shit content will rarely get click-thru.
Readability is a little more important than uniqeness if click thorugh is what you are after. This is where properly signified syndication is a great way of linking your pre-created site content back to itself and getting both the link power and the click through.

remember google has the patents for semantic indexing which means they can and do boil text down to it's conceptual content, so its not just word selection and placement they look for when detecting duplicate content, it's conceptual content and concept ordering
unless you're spinning with this in mind i would only use a spun article once per site
any more than that and you risk getting a webmaster guidelines infraction

Its hard to spin to that percentage without it looking natural ...i find i have to go through it afew times anyway to correct the mistake

Yea I can honestly say I have read a good few versions of my spun article and every copy comes out with a good level of readability. I would not kid myself and say this if it was not the case.

Could you elaborate on properly signified syndication? As I understand it syndication is where you post the same article to many different sites, at the moment my article has 2 links inside it with a rotating anchor variation, you talk about linking content back to itself have i missed something?

Yes. Of course, you are right. Signified syndication is the great way of linking your pre-created site content back to itself and getting both the link power.
