...just for fun i uploaded 1 video on my old YT account . got it monetized and started promoting it!

Weird thing...i set up $5/day @ 1 cent/click!

Video got 600+ views in a few hours and ZERO was spent!

OP is that a glitch or it happened to you before?

may be it takes some time to update... do you promote it on any other place and do you make anything from it ?

if you take someone else video and upload it on you own account chances are that you will get a copyright notice and youtube will remove your video. if you got too many of them your account may got deleted so by using dash cam and cctv footages you are probably safe as no one claim on them

I intend no insult or offence to the op much qudos is due to him for starting a thread giving so much to the community however when people have mentioned costs, time to get to 100,000 views and how long it took him to reach his goals I wonder why he has chosen to avoid the answers to these questions? In addition I've heard a lot about good threads disappearing and ending up in jr. vip or higher. I wonder if the only reason this hasn't disappeared is because some of the more experienced people see through the flaws in the method.

Tried this yesterday and uploaded 1 video, just to see how it would go.

When I woke up this morning, my video had 130.000+ NATURAL views! The promotion was still under review in AdWords. That's some god damn good results already.

There is no flaws in this method if you know how to implement it. This is not really a method more of education on how to use youtube. If you pick any niche and follow the same steps you can get the same results. This is why it was not moved as it is common knowledge. As far as ROI, that depends on multiple factors just like buying adwords.

Lucky! I've uploaded 10 videos for a total of maybe 100 views... AdWords is still under review for me.

This question has been asked several times and not answered: When you promote your own video and pay to get impressions, do the click throughs then view your Ad and you earn .XXX per view? Or when you promote your video, can you not earn from AdSense at the same time?

Does it matter when the channel was created? My accounts are old if I want a special name I need to create a new channel.

With the amount of people that read this forum on a daily basis, even those who'll take action would be a enough to get method saturated at least a bit. I suggest finding a different niche than car crashes. There is a shit ton of different unique stuff you can upload to youtube. You'll just have use your brain a bit. Once you find it, DON"T share that niche with anyone, and pretty much do the same thing op says only with your niche instead of his.
