Gold mine? How hard will it truly be?

Hi guys. First of all I'm a beginner to all this AdSense stuff, but I got an account that is very old (2007, 2008).

And I have lost any chances on my 2 latest sites because:
1) Got stolen, someone copied it 100% and nobody ever answered.
2) Host got closed down so I instantly lost all my site (Had a backup, BUT, it somehow has dispersed from my PC...).

So I went hunting, and I maybe have hit the goldmine (for me at least) that I maybe would have luck in and even earn at least to pay the hosting.

The domain for the site is ~4 years old, has some backlinks (70), domain is pretty good (very similar one got sold for $3k), I got 20 articles from the old site, all unique.

BUT.. Here is the catch *Drumroll* Its about automobile insurance niche.
As I know it has a lot of demand and is very hard to bring in light on Google, am I right?

For me, yes, probably. Most BHW members wont understand, or don't know that feeling that you feel when you fail at everything you try to do.

But it could be a gold mine, because it shows me that CPC for that site is ~$65

The CPC is not really that accurate.. You will get a high CPC but not the exact $65 per click.

Yes automobile insurance is high at CPC but the competition is very high.

Well my main goal is to earn about $60 a day, that would be just great and with that money I would be enjoying live 100% But first I have a target of paying for the hosting and domain, so I can keep doing this and building it up, polishing to its finest.

I feel that I could do it this time, but I'm lacking the money for domain, I would love to sell my 2 already owned domains, then I would have money in PayPal. (Don't judge me, I'm 16 )

I have failed so much in the past 4 years of trying to earn money on internet, but I don't do this mainly for the money, I do this as a hobby and I want to prove myself and others that I can do this. (Mostly nobody on my country believes earning on the internet and all this stuff), but I have proven my self to my mom, I had an income for some time (PPD) and I would buy all of the stuff by my money and not spend any cent from my moms money, I just feel better then.

You're 16, now is the time to fail a lot and learn tons of stuff in the process.

Figure out what your qualities are, what skills you have, what skills you need and constantly develop them.

Try contacting google, that's wrong that someone did that to your site!
