Free Low Comp Keywords for 5 people

I recently bought Ultimate Niche Finder and would like to help the people here as I learn. Unfortunately, I dont have the time to setup and manage new websites but I would love to learn how to find good keywords for future and therefore I would like to offer the same to bhw members.

This will be on a first come, first served basis. Please reply here and avoid PMing me. I will PM you myself.

PS: The keywords might not be the highest quality as I'm still getting a hold of this tool.
PPS: I can try to find keywords in your niche too.
