I found this app called post planner, it does what I need but its $20/month

Are there any free apps that do the same thing?

I joined about 30 buy/sell/trade groups and need to post items I have for sell on multiple groups in one shot, instead of doing it manually

This is way more than I really need
I already have a fb account and joined the groups I needed, something just like the post planner would work for me
I cant figure out how to load the groups I already joined with facedominator

are there any other apps?
