Tried site:xxxx and 15 pages ar indexed, still in webmaster tools nothing has changed... I'm waiting

okay and what you think about article directories (ezinearticles, etc) are they worth to publish some unique articles?

Article Directory links have been devalued by google long time back. They don't produce the same amount of link juice as it is used to produce earlier. In short they do help but not that much. I want to ask one more thing. As you said I checked my pages on google (site: mysite ) and 15 of them are indexed. But when I'm checking the google rank on seoserp, it can't find my site...

First of all, Site:yoursite is used to check indexed pages on google. Second, you cant see any results on seoserp because your site is pretty new and isn't ranking on google for your targeted terms. Do build some backlinks and wait for your ranking to show up. It doesn't happen overnight, so you have to hold your patience.

Okay I understand about the rank but what about indexed pages? in Webmaster tools it says I have 13 indexed pages, in google (site:mysite) it says I have 15 indexed pages and if we trust Webmaster tools's section index I have zero indexed pages

Start off easy by uploading your sitemap to Webmasters tools. After that, start building some links (after some 2-3 weeks), keep in mind to start slow and build up as time goes on. There are a few good guides on seo strategies for new sites - search button is your friend.

i've already uploaded sitemap, soon I'll start building some backlinks... Well, after reading Soul's new seo trends I prefer to buy some HIGH PR Backlinks, otherwise it will take to much time to do it myself... but I need some really good service and I can't find it
