1. We got 25+ reviews in last 2 months and people claimed absolutely awesome results. I dont think that was going to happen if we were doing only 25% work.
2. You can check links thru ahrefs/majesticseo after 1-2 weeks. We dont give full report bcoz we can not risk our network.
3. Our network is one of the best networks on bhw out here. We never loosed any site in round 2. We never loosed any site in round 3. And old sites like those are still standing strong and probably will stand for forever. Under no circumstances i am going to compromise that. Actually i am planning to give no report from Round 5.

OBL be 40-45 tops. Links remain on homepage for forever. PA of PR7 and 6 are 35/30. We dont provide a full report. That is one of the reasons, our networks never had any penalized/deindexed sites.
Yeah you can find thru ahrefs/pingBacks even but that will take some efforts for you.
There are some clients those go for disavow type stuffs later and not providing a report, keeps the network safe from them.

I got report after a week. There are only 3 urls (yes around 25%) inside the report but i check ahrefs and MJseo i got another 3

all 6 domains pr are valid, 5 of them got hundred or thousand backlinks, 1 domain got a few backlinks only. All 6 domains are indexed by google.

Articles are perfectly readable.

Too early to report the serp movement but one of my keywords now in #151 from no man's land
