PayPal Limited after 180 days ?

Hello People

I know many people ask same question but I really can't find a straight answer

I have US PayPal account with few hundreds inner and got limited months back , and today I received email from paypal saying "Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal" because it pass 180 days

so am asking this , how can I withdraw the money from that account ?? beside I used fake name and fake country on that account??

I saw some people offering a paypal withdraw service for greedy fee like 50% share which is really big especially this is very hard earned money I made through working in designing logos and banners

is it possible to withdraw money by myself ?

It's limited account I can't send or receive from or to other paypal accounts
I think Ican only request bank transfer or check for withdraw

i can help you, i charge $20 for the job and you get it any way you want.. back to another paypal, to your bank, check or western union.
