If a new user has a genuine desire to be on the forum then 15 posts won't take long at all.

If, however, someone just wants to spam other users with dodgy offers, then of course they would be frustrated if they couldn't immediately send PMs

Or it starts at $97 if you just registered, with the price dropping each month you're a member by $8, then when it gets to $1, it goes back to $97 haaaaaaaa.

So many new people want to PM, ignoring the fact that a lot of new members' PMs get ignored anyway(I REMEMBER HOW YOU PEOPLE IGNORED ME ).

Help where you can, add to the discussion however you feel you can. You won't be judged harshly if you don't try to be a guru or put others down.

If you want to address the OP of a thread, write in the thread. If it's not responded to, write something else. You will get noticed.
