I was lucky enough to receive a review copy for half-off, and received it today. The TAT was not great, but...
I took a look at the article and I am totally amazed by the quality of the article I was given. I honestly expected some half-spun, quickly written article, but that was NOT what Blackpayman delivered. The writer that wrote my article was clearly skilled in American English (style was more US then UK) and it was obvious a certain degree of research was performed prior to writing the article. I own a moderately sized content writing crew (not US-based), and the article I received from Blackpayman was clearly better than 3/4 of the writings I receive.

I haven't tried requesting Blackpayman to add headers or to use bullet points and listings, but I will be doing that the next time I order from him -- which will be soon.

TL;DR: 5/5. Slower TAT, but amazing quality.
