Twitter - Protecting From Spam

I want to protect my account from users whose reporting my account as spam. My 5 twitter accounts are suspended because of them. There are groups named "xxxSpamingGroup". If I write anything against their opinion, at least 30-40 people reports my account as a spam. And as the result, they don't give us a change to "speak freely" (I don't mean hate speech).

So what is my options for not getting my account suspended? I had 1500 followers. Is there any plus with sms verification? Or anything else?

Why u not try temporary delete ur account? and please re login again to ur account before 30 day...

That's a good idea. But how can I know when they are spamming me?
