Got a domain which got like 400k exact match searches in very popular game , 50% searches from USA, site is well developed(unique design + unique content) but did not do any SEO on it so far due to lack of time. The niche is growing and it is going to have 1 million searches per month in next 4-5 months when the game gets launched.

I am not actually sure what i can get for this, so if anyone can help me sell this domain for decent price, let me know

thanks.

damn, 400k exact match for a game? You can bank $$$ if the game developer allow you to use their game or their trademark.

When you say 400k searches, is that means 400k exact or broad or even phrase searches?

Assuming it's Trademarked, it's not worth anything.

If it's not, it might not be worth as much as you think. The gaming niche is horrendous to monetize. It's amazing how many sites I see (as a broker) in the niche with tons of traffic that can barely pay server bill!

I have a feeling I know this game.

But who will buy a video-game based site when the hype will disappear = money disappears?

Not really, the older version of the game still have over 300k searches and those games are like 4 years old.

Does the older versions of game have similar website to yours???
If yes, try to contact them, maybe they are interested to buy it, because they know the market very good, and if they managed to stay in the market for the older version, they can stay for sure even for the new one.
