Let me begin be letting you know that I've been a Yt freak since i started promoting cb products I've spent maybe 2-3 hours a day for about a month just studying Ranking factors. Well let me show you what you came here for 
For ranking
When analyzing my competitors videos, and Videos Ranking on the first page of Yt I've found that keywords found in the first sentence of the description ranks higher. Lets say "how to make a paper airplane"

My competitor was ranking a few spots higher then me in both Google and Youtube by looking at ahrefs i saw that he had only backlinks but also noticed that he had alot of social shares.
If you can't see it he has 8 G' +, 183 twitter tweets , 173 fb like, and 53 fb shares
Just remembered some other things.
If you can buy costume comments make sure to have your keyword mention in the comments a couple of time ( This also helps)
To avoid Getting band
When i make new accounts i make sure to subscribe to other channels that i like and watch some vids on a regular basis, comment on other videos which interest me and give likes when i like them... its sound dumb but i feel like they monitor this on accounts. so instead of uploading like 10 videos and not really using yt slow down and download maybe 1 a day,Pretty much make it seem like your a normal user.
So in conclusion putting your keywords in the first sentence of Youtube helps you rank, and adding social shares and likes will give your video really good ranking.
plus the usual Retention views , likes, favs help with good title ,description, and tags.
I Usually buy about 10k retention views, 500 likes and few costume comments .

Im making maybe 50 dollars a week on average with cb i'm slowly ranking for other keywords but the $$$ is coming
I tryed to explain the best i could but i suck at that so please ask questions below .
