I quoted these posts to show that I am and have always been a big fan of Taktical since the day I read his famous post about starting an agency.
With that said has anyone else had any delays or issues with this service or is it just me?
On July 19th (12 days ago) they took out automatic payment for the 3rd month of service, problem is the 2nd month of service was not complete (missing the Press release distribution for month 2) in addition, we are now more than a 3rd of the way through month 3 and almost half way through month 3 and there have been no documented links built.
I emailed Taktical about a week ago and he explained that the office manager broke his ankle and has not been in but a broken foot would not explain why even now another week later they cannot work?
I would have expected at least some communication about the struggles or some other heads up regarding a time frame to start back up. My client paid me and I as a client of this service paid them and I feel as if I am about to get shafted.
Again, as you can see I have been a big fan of the service and Taktical, I would have hoped for better at this point.
Anyway we on BHW often complain that services dont often have negative reviews, well after several positive reviews that I have personally left for this service I can say it has fallen off incredibly over the last 2-3 weeks.

I'm currently visiting our European office and we looked into your issue. You are absolutely right, your order fell through the cracks and your month 3 payment wasn't noted. Your month 3 never started and your month 2 has delays on the press releases (they are complete btw, we're updating your report to reflect that).
I sincerely apologize for this massive screw up, you should expect that what you pay for should be delivered on time. This service has a lot of components and occasionally things go wrong, such as delays with our unique articles and some technical glitches for the software we use on lower tiers.
At this point we can offer to rush completion of your month three as soon as possible, or you can get a full refund for month three since we never started it and therefore haven't spent money.

Thank you so much for the reply! I want to continue the work, I was just concerned because the velocity fell off a little and so did the rankings so I turned in a report to my client that was less stellar than it would have been a week ago OR had we continued to work on it.
Feel free to go back to work on it, I dont want my money back just the work done.

I was introduced to these guys via one of my US contacts who handles over 200 SEO clients...he told me this was the business so gave them a try for a couple of clients. The rankings have improved so much in just 6 weeks that I am moving all of my clients over to Vitarank right now.
The reporting system is the best I have seen with a spreadsheet for each client broken down into months and showing link types etc - the content is also superb so eliminates the need for expensive article writing.
Also the customer service is absolutely top class and can discuss any requirements on Skype...they ALWAYS reply within a couple of hours so you don't feel lost at the end of the SEO tunnel
Highly recommended service especially in the wake of Penguin/Panda updates.
