if just developing the site i can do it in wordpress or Xhtml

i dont see much scripts to use all the buy now are going to contact us so i assume there is no eCommerce involved

And about the software which is been sold on the site its up to you Op to send your users the software and get payment

If you want payment to be integrated on the site i can do that as well

I would say price range from $100 - $150 for static site

And $350 for Wordpress

$500 + for ecommerce integration
