Comunication: absolutely perfect. He replied to me soon and explaining how and when the work will be complete.
Speed: As described, not a single day of delay.
Quality: Good, sites have a decent PA and DA, not spammed, content is well written and keyword are well positioned in articles.
Serp improvement: No, any signle movement for my 3kw, medium competition in italian language. But i'm not expecting miracles.
Refund: AS DESCRIBED, no serp improvement, full refund, period.

I'll grab for future test for a client's website, i think that will make a difference with microniche.
