So there are a lot of these blog network and sape type network packages on offer here at the moment. The best way to use these it seems, is to target money keywords with the anchor textand then water down or diversify the money keyword anchor percentage with other link types. (Doing this of course to avoid any nasty anchor text based penaltys)

The thing is ,I don't mind spending on powerful money keyword links but who wants to be paying good money for links with 'click here' as the anchor?

So the question is, what cheap and easy to get link types are you using to diversify your anchors?

use google auto-recommend to get some long tails, the basics such as click here etc don't focus too much on imo (but stil do to add variation), sometimes the direct url, title of website/page, any other focused/general keywords related to your main kw you can find using most KW tools

If you've blog from wordpress platform, you can use Yoast Wordpress SEO plugin to analysis your keyword diversity. You can get his from editing post page.

Social network links, Social bookmarking, Manual High PR blog comments/Forum profiles are pretty good :)

Im using Takticals excellent Social Signals, maybe that will be enough to water things down.

The more link diversity you have the better, it's all about creating a neutral link profile so you don't have more of one type than the other.

Dear Senior Member, I even tried that to have link diversity and mixed SAPE too but i was still got unnatural link noticed. :(

Unnatural links notice not necessarily to do with link types or anchor diversity. Its probably more to do with it looks like you paid for your links.

What I usually do on a new site site is run a gsa/UD campaign using all the types of links, using only LSI/generic/url anchors, spread over 2 weeks. Once most of them are indexed, I hit them hard with high PR links using my main keyword as anchor text.

For real?

The click here links and diversified links pass link juice.

Dont get lazy and build crappy low quality unoptimized links and then have your high quality paid links with anchor text. Thats a recipe for a disaster in the future.

I was thinking the same as the thread starter, but Tropical is right, don't worry too much about the anchor text of your paid links because if all of your paid links were devalued tomorrow then you would lose all the power for those keywords......
I'm stressing at the moment because I have about 50% for my brand and about 27% for my main keyword... and I've been edging to number 11, I need to get back on page 1 but its been staying steady so I'm pretty sure I've mainly dropped because of some Pagerank loss...so I've added that back and now I think I'm going to keep adding the brand keywords until I have chance to build up my other anchor texts which are about 4%-5%
I need to promote the anchors around 4 words and over to avoid too many 2-3 word anchors

I also use Social Signals and Video marketing to diversify backlinks campaign.
