they asked by mail for a review, so they get a review
i made 3 orders:
order 1 at 6/28/2013) old domain where i never made big linkbuilding actions.
order 2 at 7/08/2013) domain with foreign language content which run in a google panalty
order 3 at 7/08/2013) fresh new domain
2) To date, no effect

from zero to position 48. good, but still far away from a money position / return of investment.
1) the oldest order. uff, not for weak heart people
the side increased from page 10 to 8 very fast, but then it went to nowhere.
after a week the site came back, stronger then before. serpbook show me position 35, at my personal search it is on position 20.
i will wait another month if the site reach a money position, if not i will cancel.
summary: it works (at least for non-penalized sites). but it's a risk investment. everyone must calculate himself the chances for an return of investment. because for the most keywords it makes no difference if they are on page 2 or 200, these are all out of the money positions.
