1. Could you please describe to us the subscription process you use?
(Confirmed/Double Opt-In, Single Opt-In, Opt-Out, or Co-Registrations)


2. Do you remove bouncing email addresses from your subscription list?


3. How long does it take for an email address to be removed from your list once an unsubscribe request has been received?


4. Please provide the opt-in information for the email addresses located
below in the portion titled "Random recipient addresses". (If you do not
have this information, please explain why and provide details regarding your sign up process.)

Does somebody know what I can do now? Because my list is 100% blackhat

A: As soon as I get the notice

Setup a valid squeeze page on other hosting/domain. Take the random emails they sent you and put them in a csv file with 3 columns: 1 - emails, 2 - optin date, 3 - source. 1st column with emails, 2nd with random join date, 3rd with your squeeze page. Attach the csv to your reply.

What do you mean? Search the download section or the interwebs for any squeeze page template, upload it and there you go. I mean, if you're not willing to spend 5 minutes covering your tracks what's the point of this thread?

The squeeze page is for show and tell, the csv will be fake, fill it up by hand as I said before...

Kiss that account goodbye. They've received complaints and can see the high bounce rate. Nothing you say will keep the account. Real subscriber lists don't have high bounce rates and complaints are minimal. Be happy if you didn't get the provider's IP listed on a RBL and he's not charging you to clean it up.

I know it sounds that way but really I'm a realist, own a web hosting business and been doing email marketing for more than a decade. Proceed if you must but if you're going to spam with purchased lists then you better put the plan together a bit better. I don't spam as it's illegal where I live and I have way to much to lose if prosecuted.
