The SOCKS Google test does not function the same as normal HTTP proxy testing. The Proxy Type menu will not filter for Google SOCKS. To check SOCKS against Google, configure the "Configure->SOCKS Proxy Testing" option to test against www.google.com port 80.

Hello, please uninstall Proxy Multiply from Program Files directory and use the default directory instead, which is \ProgramData\Proxy Multiply, not \Program Files\

from what I understand your software works the same for everyone and this means that the same [publically available] proxies are scraped for everyone using the program
over time wouldn't a growing number of software users diminish the # of quality proxies available for everyone (and severely reduce the amount of 'good' free proxies out there)?

Hello, this was covered recently in this thread but I will reiterate - your speculation is valid but mind you this tool has been sold for almost two years now - don't you think we would have reached saturation by now? The very nature of the software ensures that all users will not receive the same proxies.

1. It searches websites to find recently updated proxies. Users pull data from these websites in different orders and at different times. Many websites are updated every hour or every day.
2. Proxy Multiply then searches Google and meta search engines to find more proxies based on the ones you found. Search engine results are highly dynamic.
3. Users are therefore not using the same proxies (for the most part).

Can you filter the results of the email that gets sent so that only high-anon proxies are emailed?

Hey arcan, I would recommend filtering your proxy list only for high-anon if that is what you want (click the Proxy Type button on the main window, select 'Elite proxies only').

New error showing up on PM when I restarted the program. Below is a screenshot.

Uh oh, time to fix a bug! I saw this a couple months ago and thought a fix was in place to prevent it, but apparently not. Resolving it is a bit tricky so bear with me:

1. Navigate to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Jrim_Software
2. Sort by Date Modified and open the most recently modified folder
3. You should now see a long list of version numbers (1.0.0.XX) - repeat step 2 here (sort by Date Modified, open most recently modified).
4. You will see one lone file in the folder: 'user.config'. Open in Notepad.
5. Press CTRL+F in notepad and enter 'nil' as your search term. Delete the ENTIRE line containing nil.
6. Save the file. Re-launch Proxy Multiply.

I know that is tedious but a fix will be issued shortly to resolve it for future users. Thank you for your understanding!

Any possibility this will ever be coded/ported for mac in the future? I know we can easily do this via VM, but i'd much rather have it in a native environment so my laptop doesn't heat up as much and use resources to keep the vm alive.

Also, why does it seem like everytime I click "get proxies" with an empty list, it populates it, then the first 15-30 or so proxies pass, but the entire rest of the 10k+ list doesn't? Specifically, I use proxy multiply to test against a URL, and that url blacklists ips if they think they're "bots". Does proxy multiply use the proxy judge to test whether the proxy is transparent, anonymous or elite, and then checks it against the url? Because if its the other way around, maybe my actual ip is being revealed each time a transparent proxy is tested, thus it is able to check the first 20 or so, then fails the rest because of my actual ip being used too many times to check against transparent proxys.

Also, I wanted to make a feature suggestion: Allow us to put Proxy Multiply in a "mini-player" mode, so we can just see the progress of the proxy checking (or basically the table on the bottom of the screen that lists the number of passed proxies) without having to bring the entire application onto the screen, and also maybe a taskbar icon with notifications when an proxies are done testing.

I am new to using automatic proxy software?s, so any help would be great. I am leaning on buying the No Hans SEO software; and you?re Proxy Multiply, however I would like to know:


(1) When implementing ?Private Proxies? and ?Public Proxies? into the No Hans SEO Software, can I get both Proxy types from your software, or do I need to buy separate software?s for ?private? and public ?proxies??


(2) And if yes, where can I find information on how to do so?

It's still on the long term to-do list to create a Mac port, but at the present time the customer base just doesn't demand a Mac version enough to justify the port. In terms of how proxy testing works, the proxy judge first makes a determination on whether or not the proxies are good and what their anonymity type is, and then proceeds to check against your specific URL. A determination on whether or not the proxy is anonymous/transparent does not occur until after both the anonymity and check against specific URL check occurs - so your issue could be caused by the program logic. I can issue an update to check in the proper order later today.

Hi, Proxy Multiply only finds public proxies. If you want private proxies, you will have to seek those out on your own accord, but this very forum is a great resource for information.

Hey relentless, Proxy Multiply was updated today, and you will not need to select whether URL will be tested with trans/anon/elite as it will only proceed to URL checking IF the anonymity filters pass. For example, if you filter for anonymous proxies only, transparent proxies won't even test against your specific URL.

How come the trial doesn't work? Every time I run the program after installation it would show as trail expired, and the expatriation date is year 2011.

Hi andy, that's very odd! I think this may be due to a conflict in the old authorization system and the new one. I have erased all trials prior to 2013, so you should be able to use the program properly now. Please let me know if you continue to experience issues!

Just purchased and it says "out of proxies to search with" then I get a windows forms error that says contact Jrim software I used the trial before with no issues but now that I purchase it I can't even get 1 proxy not working at all at the moment
