Skittles' advantage is that he can has very user friendly site that allows you to assign any amount of any kind of service to any video. The fact that he allows 1k split between videos, make him stand out from the rest.

I have used Skittles and Bigbuddy. I could recommend them both. It depends how you are planning to use the views.

Big Buddy- graciously over-delivered about 5X what I asked for... and was fast. Does what his post says for a slightly premium price. He is highly respected @ BHW so you do not have to worry, he will deliver.

Skittles- he also over delivered the views and was fast. His price is a little better, but the thing that sticks out for me is the fact he splits views as low as 1K per video. If you are like me and make a ton of videos, that is a huge selling point!
