I read a book it mention that gmail can use to receive funds although your account is permanently limited.

Like your limited account email is: [email protected]
You can create another new gmail account: [email protected] and enter on another new paypal account and you can receive funds from your limited account.

I have a paypal account, i once gave it to my friend. Somehow paypal was tracking his account..
Then paypal banned his account and my account and reason what they gave was "One user holding multiple account" and then my account was limited.

Can the same be activated?

recently hes unable to withdraw to that account because i think paypal found out

how can i help solve his situation?

Sent it to paypal. Just waiting for it to be reviewed. I called them but the department that reviews passports were closed at the time. Do they check passport numbers? If they do then its a 50/50 chance that it will get accepted or il get permanently banned. Hopefully it will get accepted. Thanks
