i got accepted like 5-6 days ago. I like the features a lot. Really nice network.
But i don't like to see members claiming they are not being paid ... can others reassure me before i try to make some $?
Are they still paying ?

No, using the Promo code does NOT give instant approval. I applied again, and still have to wait up to 24 hours for account approval. Either fix it or update your post/thread accordingly.

But today I received an email mentioned below.

Unfortunately, your account has been scanned and found to be highly fraudulent. As a result, your account is going to be completely removed from Cleanfiles. All future payments, including any that are currently pending, will be cancelled and will not be sent.

You need to appeal the fraud case.
In that thread you have to post your sources for your leads. Don't worry only moderators and Administrators see it. And after moderators check that you're clean. They will remove the ban from you. Hope that helps.
