Can someone help me identify a plugin?

Okay, so I don't have a link to a site that uses this plugin, but I've seen it on many sites.

This plugin has a little image that slides up on the bottom-right of your blog. Sometimes, it's used to see if people would like to opt-in to your newsletter and other times it's used to make it look like a chat window and you can message a girl back or something.

I imagine a plugin like this would be excellent for getting opt-ins for a newsletter without being too intrusive like popup ninja or something.
