What are the best directories to submit articles too? I know Ezinearticles and Associated Content rank high in Google. What are other ones?

There is a WSO that does that. It gives you the listing and rating of the top article directories.

I am not too sure if it was shared here, because i got it from a friend.

In my experience I have found it better just to post articles on like the top 5 directories and not spreading them over a couple hundred

yeah G may 'disvalue' it but you really aren't trying to rank all those article pages, just get some link juice right?

what I do is send one article to all the good sites that well rank then another to all the other sites..so then I get ranking articles and lots of link juice

Also try GoArticles.

My top ones is ezine articles, go articles, articles base, buzzle, article alley, and article dashboard. You don't need to submit to 100 different article directories. And one in a while you should submit those articles to article directory submission sites to get some backlinks.

If you spin your articles it's best to use the first spun one and submit it to ezine articles then submit the rest to goarticles, articles base, article alley, and article dashboard.
