some of the clients of mine that have penalties in google were because of negative SEO performed by competitors so it does work but let me tell you one client is trying to sue the competitor because they figured out who it is

I think it is a really shitty way of doing business and there should be some standard ethics when talking

We are all working to get up on the Big G but lets not start shooting each other because all that does
is ruin the complete industry and makes it a vicious cycle where everyone loses.

If everyone did negative SEO on everyone else then everyone would be deindexed or not ranking and
SEO as we know it would be not worth much. Maybe that is on purpose by Google.
