Is anyone interested in joining a group just to discuss current marketing tactics and learn from each other? I was thinking of just having a mastermind group on Skype pm me your Skype or if you want post it on here. I know we all have different skills and etc hopefully we can talk about it and share experiences to benefit all party's? This is not for people who just want to come and milk ideas and work.

always amazes me when people want to cordon themselves into little skype groups when the big discussion is going on live in real time here on BHW ?

With Duffers5000's post , I would like to add that it also means that you are a mastermind yourself. In that case, why don't you take some time to teach us something before masterminds add you to their group? You are talking about sharing, not coaching. Isn't it?
Why does everything have to contribute this forum, you guys need to worry about yourself first. If anyone is interested pm me or ill make my a private list of members and pm everyone who wants to join if you don't want your info out on public like that

Theres also IRC for guys that want to talk outside the public forum.
Likeminded members tend to pair off into groups and discuss things privately anyway.
This forum is close to the bone....plenty of cutting edge stuff gets discussed openly.
Again I reiterate, it seems suspect that you are so keen to form skype subsets. Its my opinion and I am entitled to it.

Agree with Duffers, the whole skype thing will get abused.
Every time I sign on, some joker is trying to add me to some "Official BHW Group" and it is just full of people trying to sell each other services.
If a legit group was started by a Mod/Admin then I would join but otherwise I am not interested, sorry.
And those that want to chat already use the IRC channel.

Duffers- I agree, im not here to bash anything, im just saying theres a world outside of bhw, the point of my post was to hopefully start a group where they could maybe build long term contact to just talk about marketing. Goog- you have no life
w130 - yeah im trying to figure a way to keep it all professionals just a small community of marketing professionals to talk and discuss currents marketing of what works what doesn't, not for people to come and take your idea or create compettion., im not here to start up some spam list where they try to sell some trash service around.

If you truly want to "mastermind" you will find like minded people and not just invite any random person into a skype group.
What good will a "skype group" be with 100 people who don't know up from down...complete waste of time.

All that is done on the board already, if you want to start a group nobody can stop you but I imagine the only people that sign up will be those that are very new and maybe a little naive.
