i need to register a domain but i did not find .com domain with the name i need if i use another extensions like .info,.net,.me,.us,or any other extension there will be a big difference ? and is it better to use EMD (exact matching domain) name or a standard name

Yes, There will be difference and it will depend on which extension you get. For broader audience you should stick with .com, .net, or .org. But if you prefer targeting a specific country for instance then you should get their country extension, you could refer on which provider you want to register it with. For your second question, EMDs before is a very good way to skyrocket your rankings on google but I think google just release an update for this. If it was me I still go for EMD.

EMD still works, just don't spam it making all links exact anchor text as EMD.

The localized domains are terrible for ranking outside their region, examples: .IN, .CO and so on - those are meant for their regions therefore they got the fame of being hard to rank.

Neutral domains like .com, .org and so on, which can be in any country or language, therefore are easier to rank for non local results.

So if you want to rank in the UK, a .co.uk is the way to go, but you won't see very many .co.uk's on searches outside of Britain.

EMD definitely is an advantage from my experience, as you arent relying on the long tail to help with SERPS. If you cant find the exact match .com try using hyphens to separate the keywords. Often you will find a variation by doing so

In my opinion lately google dont like a lot the exact match domains, try to find a .com domain , is always better than any other extension.

Be sure to get whois privacy for your registered domains. I'd recommend using namecheap, they offer free whois protection with domain registration ($9 for .com / year).

This is bullshit. While EMD's are not what they once used to be, they're still a very viable option. But there's no reason to go into hyphens or whatnot for the "EMD" benefits, that's not worth it.
