OK, if you are a person in search for big Joint Venture that brings a lot of money, this is your chance.
Currently there is 3 of us who have JV together in traffic provider business and since its expanding very fast we are looking for another person to join on board and bring some fresh ideas in business development. That person need to be able to commit at least 4-5 hours of his time to this JV business. We don't need a person who will most of him time spend AFK or giving unreasonable explanations why he was not able to finish his job. Once the task has been given to him we expect that he makes reports on daily basis what he have done so we can easily track the work. This is not only expected from him, all three of us are doing the same thing for months now and it have been proven to work very well.
His main task will be to drive in more sales to our business, but also to assist in other things when needed mostly of marketing nature, no coding or designing techniques are required since we already have people for that. We also expect quality suggestions from him in terms of business expansions and marketing. Before joining this JV this person will be interview over Skype so we can be sure in his qualities. The requirements and skills we are expecting from this persons are as follows:
- Need to be available on Skype during his working hours. It is OK to take weekends off but if you can be available during weekends too that's a big +.
- Available on Skype GMT +8 timezone from 10am-12am will be another big +
- Responsible and person who follow deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to accomplish all responsibilities with minimal supervision, have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to engender trust and build relationships
- Good organizational skills
- Need to have some background in Business Development and Marketing or at least that he have worked on few projects. If no background in this field, convince us you have qualities to join us.
- Age 25+ (don't question this subject because we need people with experience)
