On Youtube you can only use Adsense!

You need to diversify your income sources and not just rely on Adsense, like someone said above try using PPD and/or create a Website and put your Adsense on that, Clickbank etc

Can u give me a brief about ppd and how to make best use of it as i'm not understanding it and how it works

PPD is not bad, but concentrate on making more videos and growing your channel. This will be a far better use of your time. Also google "YouTube Networks" as there are networks you can partner with that pay far more (higher cpm/cpc) than the original youtube partner programme.
