Have received reports for my both "Basic" packages tonight. Both are over delivered.
First with 332 links instead of 250, another with 323 links instead of 250. As somebody already have posted about 90-95% of links are live. I have checked several links on both packages. About 50% of links are ******** which is great. A natural looking mix of ******** an nofollow links to be loved by Google. Articles are well formated. A big part of them with different, niche relevant images and videos. Overall - great joob. Very satisfied.

Anyway the most important factor that shows the value of SEO service - are rankings. If I will see a positive impact in the next couple of weeks, will be back for more and more.

Was about to leave an awesome review but I noticed
another gig delivered the same day yours did.

I'm trying to determine which gig is more responsible for my
page 1 rankings right now. And I'm not sure I will be able
to determine this 100%.

But I can say this. The day this gig delivered, the same day,
my keyword shot up to the top of page 1 of google. But
a few hours later, another gig delivered as well.

So I can't honestly say WHICH service was more responsible for
this. But they are similar services, so I'm going to conclude that
each service was 50% responsible.

Either way, my keyword is on the top of page 1 right now.
This was only 1 of 2 services I ordered, he does high quality work,
so I'm sure this gig played a large role in the results I'm seeing
right now.

I'm also shocked that this happened so fast, so if I start ranking
for other keywords in a few weeks... that will fucking crazy.

Tested them as Tier 2. Good quality, as they are indexing overtime, I'm seeing good
movement in Tier1!! and Main website.

Recommended for good anchor text variation.
