Can we post CPALead offers on YouTube?
I mean direct URL's

you can. but it may be counterproductive. i get a lot better results with a memorable url and redirects.

You can redirect a good sounding domain to that offer. I've talked to my affiliate manager, and he doesn't care that the traffic is coming from youtube, so it's all good.

not all AM's will be in agreement on this. Besides which, it's not always the best idea to let them know what's working.
