[HELP] SEO for new websites

I'm new at this internet marketing business. Anyway, after reading post after post at this site I decided to try it. I make my first website.

I have a website around 2 months old. It has around 40 unique post. But the problem is I still have no visitors (1 visitor per day). I know I need to do a link building. I already prepared $100 for this. I'm don't know how I should use this money wisely.

I mean should I buy 50K auto approve websites and blast it with scrape box or 100 buy edu and gov links or pay someone to make me more unique articles?

I read from this thread /blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/495022-should-i-buy-backlinks.html(Can't post link) that it's too unnatural for a new websites to have that much link. So I too confused to do anything.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Quality > quantity these days. Also make sure you have a natural, diversified and powerful link profile. You will not get good results blasting to auto approve sites right off the get go. They should be no higher than tier 3 in your profile.

You mean I should spin my article and submit it to article directories and guest posting?
My target is 250 visitors/day at the end of the year. I hope my target is achieveable. So I should save the money?
