Need Custom Bot Made for ASK.fm

I need custom made bot for trending site: ASK.FM

It need to:
- support proxies
- scrape online users and scrape answer likers ( e.g goes to ask.fm/jaibrooksjanoskians member profile and scrape all users who liked choosen answer from his profile)
- ask questions to scraped users + support spintax
- scrape answer links from choosen member account and ability to like them
- setting custom interval

I have zero knowlege in programming so I don't know even how to price it but let me know If you can do something like that and we will discuss.

I didn't say I will pay 10$ for it, I showed example of bot from another forum where member sell it for 10$, this member isn't active anymore so I can't buy it from him, I just showed it to get idea what I want.

P.S I would appreciate if you guys could tell me how much I'd need to pay for bot like that, I don't want to overpay a lot due to my lack of knowledge.

Ok so one guy offered me to code it for 90$ and another for 250$, hard decision because I don't know how much bot like that is worth. I need to go trought couple pms more and will give everyone reply.
