Firstly, the service is absolutely great. There is no doubt about that. Ask any question (even about other services) and you will get a factual, great, no-bullshit answer.
Secondly, the report is sent as always on time, very neat, and you could see that after a few weeks there are only very minor amount of links that is taken down. To compensate for that, the service provider always over-service, which are really great.

Now the most important thing, is the result isn't it?
Most of my competitors are established brands who got a lot of money to spend on SEO-Experts and Google Adwords or even hire some Google Experts, but SEO Shark's result beat them!

We had a few technical dificulties but the service is very much still active, and the hack is just a simple deface whcih will be fixed today so there is nothing to worry about. The ones responsible are inches away from being identifyed and held responsible for the mess up.

This is well understood. To make things a bit clear, what really happened was that our website got defaced but only wordpress was affected. The payment system and the users are on a different path which wasn't affected at all. Wordpress is known to be vulnerable to sql injection or xss type attacks. What really happened is that this was a random attack by someone who probably wanted to have his hacker name known or out of vanity. Sadly for him he wasn't very good in covering his tracks and this shall not remain unpunished.

This is not uncommon for wordpress and that is why we keep the payment system and the user db in a separate part andwhich again wasn't affected.

The late response was because of the time it took to get things back as they where and re-secure everything.

As for scamming, we are definitely not in that business and our customers can vouch for that i believe

I am on the same side and i also do believe it is imperative to have a very secure website. However, the website was secured and even though I have added everything to .htaccess and also prevented pages which might expose vulerabilities from indexing, it seems that google was still indexing those .

Also .htaccess files where addeed to wp-content and wp-includes folder and a few other securization methods where used, so it was pretty secure and it was and still is one of our main priorities.

Very strange actually, as from what I see our friend managed to get a hold of a page which was generated by a vulnerable ticketing plugin which we have disabled long time ago and i repeatedly removed the url's from google index and cache.

And exactly because WP is so vulnerable, we keep the user db and payment system separately.

Sadly wordpress is so vulnerable that you can find thousands of ways to get in, and what was really against us at this point, was that G was still indexing url's which are not ment to be indexed and we have also blocked G from ever indexing those.

Mainly most of them where dorks which are being used in sql injection.

I have also added more sets of rules to .htaccess plus a few more tweaks and I also tested it just to make sure that this will never occur again, so everything is in the green now

Against our friend here who caused this little inconvenience, we will still see into it

Before 11-12th position. Has droped after using GSA before...
Now i'm very happy about this result. I hope it will keep for a long time there and don't will drop after serveral days! I will let your guy knows, if it will happen.
