I've paypal account verified with payoneer card ( virtual bank account). Account is limited and i can draw only $500 per month.
Now they are asking for Tax number.
I can't use this account as i cant' take any risk.
I am non US
Can you help me and what will be the fee and any guarantee?

Hello, I live in Thailand. And I need two verified paypal accounts from you. I wanted to ask how much is the price per pp? And is it business account? I can only send and receive funds right. I cannot withdraw is that correct? And what about IP address, they wont track ip addresses? How long will i get the account once i pay for it?

Hi secondeye thanks for the skype chat just now here are some pointers for those who got their paypal account limited or permanently limited. Paypal permanently limited my paypal account for high transaction rates

1. How secondeye's paypal service works?
You will get card verified paypal (other than usa) just for $30 (we will send you guide + details). use it gently and when paypal ask for documents contact us and we will provide you Photo ID and Proof of Address to verify your PP account for $30 each document. we will send you documents that will be looks like original. you have to use them at your own risk. If this will verify your Paypal (mostly accepted) enjoy unlimited paypal. Its all about risk.
After order:
you will got Paypal Details and Guide (Do's and Dont's) and VPN Access (Free to use) within 3 business day. Any document you order us later will be provide to you within 3 - 5 business days
Note:

Credit card number and Address are not important as long as they are verified, the most important is you have a correct bank account number so you can transfer money to your bank account.

No need, you can send and received paypal with unverified also but verified account has no limits you can send and receive unlimited funds after adding card and with bank you can upload and withdraw funds

The first is going to be your name. You probably shouldn't use the exact same name again, so make a variation of your name and save it into your new account details. For example, if your name is John Smith, you can turn it into Jonathan Smith (get my drift). Shouldn't take too much imagination for this.You're also going to need a new address. You can't use your old address because it's unique and if you add it to the new eBay and PayPal account they're going to link you to the old account. You can use a P.O. box, a storage space address at UPS, a virtual office address, etc. Just make sure it's a real address that's within 100 miles of your IP address.
12. You're going to need a new user account on your computer
A lot of people think that they can just delete their cookies and eBay will forget where they are. This is like playing hide-and-go-seek by closing your eyes. Even though you think you're invisible, you really aren't (and you'll get punished for it).
So either create a new user account on your computer so that all flash cookies, cookies, cache, etc will be separate, or you should go ahead and use something like a VPS, which is like a remote computer (we provide them with all account purchases and show how to use them with step-by-step instructions). They really aren't that hard to use if you have one - you go ahead and log into it using remote desktop connection, and a separate window pops up. This window will be a completely separate computer and will have its own IP.

Hello,
I have a paypal account, i once gave it to my friend. Somehow paypal was tracking his account..
Then paypal banned his account and my account and reason what they gave was "One user holding multiple account" and then my account was limited.
Can the same be activated?
