After some good time building some pretty good sites and acquiring some good PR and G love, I'm ready to purchase a BH tool but with a "white hat" mentality. All I want is to search for relevant high PR pages to comment on and find other high PR sites to get backlinks from. I have been doing this manually with great results but my site portfolio is growing fast and I need some help gathering sources for backlinks.

I know there are several tools to scrape high PR pages to comment on but I have read people using different ones and preferring one over other. From my understanding, Scrapebox is possibly the best one of the lot but I rather ask this question before purchasing it. In terms of cost, I'm cool with paying a relatively high amount since Im making some good bank with the sites but I will only purchase tools that are really worth it. For now Im happy with one and I may look in the future to purchase a blasting tool too for testing purposes.

Thank you!!

SEO Tools that I used and most popular ones are, Scrapebox, Senuke and LicorneAIO and you'll be able to find discounts on this forum to buy many similar SEO Tools.

Thanks for the replies so far. So when people here talk about blasting 500 high PR blog comments to a single web 2.0 in a single day, what tool are they using? I'm not really interested in blasting at the moment as I keep all my backlinks natural and relevant, which takes so much time, so I have always been curious to know how some people would claim they blasted (and got) 500 high PR blog comments in a single day. I will be building in the future a mock pyramid to test blasting but right now my goal is to continue building high quality relevant backlinks.

So yeah, please continue giving your opinion about the best tool to gather high PR pages to post backlinks too, but also can anyone tell me which tool is used for the 500 blasted high PR blog comments? I think it is SEnuke but not sure.

It can be anything. GSA, Xrumer(modified), Scrapebox. I think Senuke is more of a creator of blogs and article rather than a commenter on existing ones so probably not, but if anyone knows better feel free to correct me about senuke.

I too am looking for a tool that can dig up backlinks. But my targets have like 1,000 to 10,000 backlinks which are made by automation tools. I have scrapebox already but I am not sure if scrapebox can dig up as many backlinks as ahrefs or majestic can dig up(since they're search engines with subscriptions and sb is just a software that leeches off other SEs without paying a fee).

I own a majestic seo subscription but it is a pan in the butt to go backlink through backlink. Does Scrapebox leech of majestic seo, ahrefs etc without paying for it? So what, does Scrapebox then only get the 10% preview of backlinks of majestic seo for example and thus limiting its ability to gather high PR pages? Can I plug in my majestic seo subscritpion to Scrapebox so it can get better results?

I don't think SB imports data from Majestic.

Also, the basic plan on Majestic SEO does not include API access, you have to jump through some hoops to get API access for the basic subscription.

You probably won't get any free backlink service to download Majestic data, all the LEGAL softwares that use it require a subscription.

Oh I see, so then to download any Majestic seo, it probably will get quite expensive for my current situation (upgrade subscription plan, purchase other software to plu in API, plus the Scrapebox fee). Would you know where Scrapebox gathers its data from? I'm asking out of curiosity as the other poster hinted it was MSeo.

And apologies if I sounded a bit asshole-y to you on my other thread as I see you didn't want to continue the confrontation and also thanked me on another post of mine.

No, Scrapebox does its own scraping, as the name suggests.

I don't even know what thread you're talking about ;)

That's strange. Isn't there an option to download the entire historic or current backlink report from majestic in a file?

I have no idea how scrapebox gets it's backlinks but it must be from free sources. Maybe I should run a comparison between sb and the sneak peek report form ahrefs. Ahrefs is the gold mine, have you had a chance to compare majestic to ahrefs? I still can't believe majestic doesn't allow you to download all the backlink urls of your target site.

Scraping of what? Seriously pal, your replies are always so abstract, yet you claim to know it all? Do we have a facepal, emoticon in this forum

Well, you now know, and your reply was quite poor as expected. You may know it all from your "lots of experience" (LULz, Ok, son), but you are a very poor adversary when you have to put the money where your mouth goes, pal.

Thanks for the reply.

I like MSeo a lot but I have never tried Ahrefs to the max so maybe I will try it. Does AHrefs allow the downloading and/or organizing of backlinks?

SO much talk about Majestic and Majestic is by far the worse of the tools to use for data.

There is no 1 right way. If you want to make sure you cover your bases and are doing all you need to do to get the right information, you need to think in "layers".

You should be doing 3-4 tactics to get backlink data if you want it on your competitors, one of which is scraping Google daily for their footprints. I am not going to reveal the rest as you need to use your head to figure it out.

Mate, the thread is about what is the best tool for gathering high PR sources to comment on/placing backlinks, not analyzing your competition. Think before typing.

What other way to find high PR links then look at your competitors that are already doing it?

Maybe you should think before asking questions. Your the one wanting help dude.

Jesus, you really are thick, ain't ya.

Read my original post with the question, then use your head to think "uhm, what could be the best tool to gather high PR pages to post on" then answer if you have something to say that isn't nonsensical and downright retarded (and I'm sorry for using the word "retarded" as someone who is mentally handicapped would not keep insisting with his position by making the kind of posts you have made. And I'm actually nice to mentally-handicapped people in real life too :) true story).

Arghhh, since I'm in a bit of a trollish mood, allow me to reply despite I usually ignore idiots. My niche is full of spam sites that are hit and go and last 2 months at max with huge amounts of spammy backlinks only to hit bottom of Page 1. Where I to analyze my competition, which I have done already and do with several tools, I would find crap that I'm not even remotely interested to apply to my case because my case is that of having pure, crystalline, beautiful, as-awesome-as-me, super duper delicious, mac-book-air-just-as-awesome, great sites that already rank numbers 1-3 for just about all money keywords. The "as-awesome-as-me" and "mac-book-air-just-as-awesome" adjectives I've used are tongue in cheek and a joke, just in case you find a way to even reply to this post calling me out for being a narcissist.

Can you now see how pointless your defending of your initial reply is? Really? 'cos it really is, namsaiyan bruh?? So thanks, but no thanks Jeff.

Now, if you will, simply go away without no one even noticing.

Try WebmMeUp's backlink tool ( google for "webmeup backlink tool" to find ) backlink research tool - it's still in beta, but it's
1) free (free reg is required though to download ALL the backlinks - shows just 1,000 for unregistered users)
2) gives a really lots of backlisnk (comparable to majestic or aHrefs)
