I purchased the smallest package about 2 weeks ago, according to the tracking links provided I've jumped to number #1 for 3 out of 5 keywords (very low comp) and also good results for higher comp keywords. BUT! for 2 out of the 3 keywords where the tracking says I'm number #1, I never actually come up as #1 on Google. Any insight on that ?

Had that sorted out with Leith and also have to say thank you, this guy is giving great support even for package unrelated questions.

Thanks for the review. Regarding the wrong positions, it could be a minor fault in the tool. Il speak to you on Skype and find the right positions for you mate.
It takes 3 days roughly for tracking links EXCLUDING the week-end mate. I believe you ordered on Thursday so you will get the links today/tomorrow. However, the work has already started.
