Hi, I received the result yesterday, and yesterday all works fine. All links are in .edu or .ac website, I got 4 .edu and 1 .ac.uk, sounds good to me.
Today, all of my articles has been deleted.
Please replace all of my links, thank you.

I placed my initial order a week ago,
got told two days later that i hadn't paid for the order that i placed (i had paid once, his site tried to get me to pay 2x)
just got my order today
not only was it on a spanish language site (my target site and keyword are not spanish)
the keyword used was not the one i provided
I am VERY Unhappy, not seeking a refund, i count it as the cost of learning a lesson
use this service at your own risk

Sorry for this. I have got your PM. I am looking into why this happened. We have a well trained team here and have served many client. This one slipped through the crack and the quality check. I am investigating. Will refund you AND give you another free order if you like. Sorry for the bad experience. Its just one of those ... will fix it though...

it has been replaced with one that has the correct keyword and is on a site that actually speaks the correct language

Every now and then I have issues with things, but every single time the problem is corrected 100%. The big thing I love about his company is all of the employees I have interacted with actually care about the effectiveness of the service.
