Hey s4nt0s, yesterday I just ordered the wrong product.
I should have bought the GSA Captcha Breaker and bought the GSA Search Engine Ranker again. Can you help me?

Shoot me a PM with your email and order number used.

Yep. Public proxies is going to be the biggest bottleneck of the software. We always recommend getting some private/shared proxies if its within your budget.

Just sent you a PM s4nt0s

Just responded.

s4nt0s or anyone
can you recommend a dedicated server provider for SER?

Poweruphosting is one and then there is also http://www.solidseovps.com/ and https://bermanhosting.com/ which are very affordable. I don't have experience with them but a lot of users use the VPS and most reviews seem positive.

So the proxies that aren't passing google are left unchecked and you still get the message? Any submissions happening or is it just repeating this message?

Yes, proxies that are not passing google are left unchecked but still get "IP/Proxy blocked on google". Submissions happen, but not much, and i have msn and yahoo engines also checked. I now replaced google engine with ask.com to see if submissions increase.

Noob question here - Is it possible to scrape 1000s of URLS using scrapebox for your specific keywords and then import these into GSA to then build links to each of the URLs?

Yes it is.
You can import your own target lists if you want. Simply uncheck all search engines when creating your project - it will give you a warning that no search engine is selected. Click okay, then right click on the project name and import > target URLs.

Perfect, thank you very much man! Am I right in thinking that's a quicker way to build links than letting GSA run on its own?

My advice is to not mess around with proxies at all. Simply get a dedicated server that will ignore almost all the abuse complaints. Buyurl and godmodehost are 2 companies i can vouch for based on personal experience.

Of course you need proxies for scraping, but I'd scrape urls outside of gsa and import them. Gscraper/scrapebox/hrefer will all work. For the posting though, thats when having bulletproof hosting is going to really come in handy.

I would say you are on the right path! There are exceptions, but the vast majority of people who let gsa scrape links for them don't know what they are doing. Importing urls you scraped seems far and away better to me.

That really depends on the quality of your scraped list. I have always used my own lists so I don't know how fast GSA builds links if you let it scrape the targets itself - but like I said, if your target list is 'clean' and there's not much junk in it, the speed won't be bad at all.

Why not using SB for that ??? .. i dont see the advantage to scrape them there and then post with GSA.

I am going to use SB for scraping, but as bk071 said, I'll ensure the scraped lists are clean high quality links!

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about how 'clean' your list is. As long as you are doing what you need to do to get the desired targets in your list, there can be some junk in there no problem. With a bulletproof dedicated server you can easily filter a list of 1 million+ targets from a raw list in 24 hours or less. So some unrelated stuff isn't going to hurt.

Take your raw list, import it, attempt to post to it, keep what sticks and forget the rest. Repeat. Until the end of time.

If you are dealing with targets where your link constantly rolls off the first page, then you don't need to be as strict with getting rid of 'failed' targets. Experiment and finds what works for you though.

Are you saying you could scrape a list of 1 million plus target URLS in 24 hours?! Surely that's not possible with SB?

I meant if I had 1 million targets already, i could attempt to post to all of them in about 24 hours give or take.

I don't really keep track how fast things scrape to be honest. I use several dedicated servers for scraping(amoung other things) at the same time. I just keep them running, I don't watch how fast they go. Obviously it depends what you are scraping.

If you export all of gsa's footprints and scrape every platform all at once, you will find get back hundreds of thousands of unique domains easy in a day, with one server.

Everything depends on what your goal is and what resources you have available to you, thats why it's hard to give general advice.

BTW you can scrape a shitload of urls/domains in one day with scrapebox dude. Make sure you have a big list of keywords/footprints and ample proxies and let it rip. The results beyond one million will be ready and waiting to be deduped in your harvester sessions folder.

Of course it's possible. One just needs the right footprints and a good and big list of keywords.

1 million urls per day = 41667 urls per hour = 694 urls per minute = 11.6 urls per second. SB can go much faster than that.

I can scrape 200,000-300,000 in a day. I use a really cheap VPS. With a good dedicated server or powerful VPS, scrapping a million urls shouldn't be a problem.

For me the limiting factor is not SB but SER. It is not possible for GSA SER to process a million urls in a day because it has to do lot of tasks simultaneously.

If i format by drive and install a fresh OS, can i use the same old license for gsa and GSA CB?
