Is there any better VCC Service which is accepted by Microsoft and Many other companies easily?

EntroPay VCC is not working with my Microsoft Account.

Try Bancore. I don't know about their service but yet it is a good alternative.

Btw, Microsoft doesn't accept VCC. Even for Windows Azure.

Is there any REAL Credit Card Service available online (Plastic One).

My bank don't allow Credit Card to those who are less than 4000 Dollar Balance.

btw what you want to do with microsoft and azure ? purchase licence etc ?
