1) If I just created a new fb page, can FAKE likes to help me with something ?
2) If I just created a new fb page, how can I start to get FEW likes? I don't want to buy ads from fb and I don't have any friend to invite them to like my page.

First you need to decide, what is it you are trying to achieve and what is the purpose of the page ?

Don't just do it because you have read about other people talking about their fb pages.
Fake likes, can be useful for certain things but if you don't have a clear plan to begin with then you will be wasting your time.

I'm looking into the same thing (the likes thing - not the adult content thing).

In consumer psychology, there's a well-documented bystander bias which means that the majority of people will not engage with something (website, product, etc.) unless other people already have. Obtaining an initial bulk of likes dis-inhibits people, making them more likely to like your page and more likely to perceive it as trustworthy.

I'm looking to see if there are any detrimental effects of buying likes...
