Hi BHW friends i want to start a new blog. So i was doing some research about domain name but could not find the solution . I wanted to buy a domain name with Ex(he-is-good . com) instead of heisgood . com as i am not getting Ex:heisgood . com type domain. My question is 1.Which one is good and why? 2.If i register he-is-good . com does it has same value as heisgood . com 3.Which one is good with respect to SEO. I hope some one can clear my doubt Thanks in adv

heisgood . com is good and easy to remember for your visitors , and he-is-good . com not good for seo
then i ll search for other domain .

It is better for SEO when domain has a word which is keyword in your website, when i deciding how to name my domain i always use these few basic tips:
1) Short and easy to remember
2) Keyword phrase
3) Sounds logically
It is always easy to register something like: thisisfreewarezzyouu, than to think a normal one, cause most of them are already taken, but believe me the good domain name will pay off your time later.

Thank you for your reply. Yes i have a keyword in that domain name but only thing is i am thinking to use my-name-is .com. That is the reason i asked help. No my question is, Is it good to use keywords in this way my-name-is .com instead of mynameis .com ?

I cant guarantee 100% procent, but the my-name-is and mynameis are two different things as you seperate word by - it makes your word with a symbol and it will be different from the word without -. If i were you i would go without - and that would be easy, stable and perfect to use. Maybe some SEO expert can accept or deny my statement, that using keyword while separating it with - is a bad idea and results will be worst if we compare with a normal word/keyword.
I have a couple of domains that are EMDs separated by hyphens. I don't think they are too bad, they do ok in SEO terms for the exact match term, so don't worry about that they definitely work. It's just that hyphens are more tricky for people to remember so might make your repeat vistors lower than they could be.
