List size (Display Network) Cookis is enough

Your AdWords remarketing list must have a minimum of 100 unique cookies before ads will start being served to that list. More on that here,

Did you make the changes in analytics code to track remarketing cookies?

Yeah thanks,but now have a minimum of 1000 unique cookies,remarketing code is active !i am so depressed

Google puts a limit before starting retargeting, so that you don't start targeting persons individually and breaking their privacy policy.

Are you sure your checking the correct time period?

Check settings and make sure in enhanced campaigns the retargeting options in enabled and u have APPROVED ads active!
