Need HELP!!! Coming Soon/Parked page for my website.

I am looking for a easy wordpress theme to use as a coming soon page, All i want to have on the page is my Logo and a tagline on a black background. Can anyone help me please!.. thank you so much

Yes The Ultimate Coming Soon Page is very nice and easy to install, you can also look at "Caelus Coming Soon Page" or "Landis Wordpress" and "dhechler, makeover" all work well.

Yes i like this one but i downloaded it and when trying to install it it keeps saying this..
"The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.
Theme install failed."

How do i fix this?

i'm late to the party but that usually means you have a zipped folder within a zipped folder that you need to upload (which contains all the relevant files. i.e. stylecss etc)
