How to Manage Drop Ship Orders?

I am looking to start selling dropship items on eBay but I am wondering what are the most popular tools to manage, synchronize and keep track of your orders?

Why would you waste money on some program, you can easy keep everything organized on an excel spreadsheet. The key is being organized so you don't mess up the orders. But if you do sell a lot of items per month, i think ebay sells a tool that you can connect directly to your account to help manage orders. Hope this helps.

Back when we were big into eBay we used a program called or by Blackthorne and had it networked in our warehouse. Pickers could pull up orders, shippers could enter tracking and customer support could pull up a sale at any time to check its status.

I'm not sure if they're still around but worth a Google.

best is to use magento which is owned by ebay. it will sync most functionalities with its auction site. Ideal for dropshippers IMO

I know Channel Advisor is quite good for that.

Magento owned by eBay?? LOL anyway, +1 for magento, I use it and its really professional.

Back to the first post, you should have a record in your system, whatever that will be (ebay?) but also, you should keep a record on a excel sheet anyway because you will be calculating sales, costs and profits which you have to do manually. So Excel is your best friend there.
