I do my own videos and yeah voice overs are pretty important. I steal them and edit them with some nice music

7 months. I don't work much, only when I need to make a video

edit: I do 50 shares at start and add them every day so it seems natural

Only free ways(Enhance,U2B,AddMeFast,HitLeap,SYV). I don't invest in my videos.

My niches have low competition so it's easy to rank
