I've just checked our Bonus system. It accepts emails, which was already taken, but it does not take a repeating FIVERR ID. Try it again.
All bonuses that we have, always being made and sent to the client.. Some delays occur only with blog gigs.

NOTE: Also, we do not make those orders that do not specify FIVERR ID.
Always check the correctness of the data that you enter.
